What happens if my order is not delivered?
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Cancellation Policy – Can I cancel my order? Are there any cancelation charges?
You can cancel your order anytime before we ship it by contacting us at web chat support or on our home page. We swing into action to process and ship your order as soon as you place it. And we incur processing and shipping charges while doing so. In case you do cancel, we will refund your amount after deducting a small cancelation charge of Rs.50 per order.
What happens if – there is a shipping issue / the package is damaged at delivery / item is missing from the order / wrong item has been delivered?
This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing and shipping process. But if you do encounter one of these above issues, we would request you to contact us at our web chat support IMMEDIATELY ON DELIVERY with a photographic proof of the damaged item. Please also flag this issue in the delivery acknowledgement slip carried by the courier delivery staff. We will address the issue for you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be initiated within 2–3 working days after approval.
Depending on the bank/payment provider, the amount may reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
