Our founder, Ekta Ohri, has been mentoring children (Grade 4 onwards) through online and offline platforms to help them weave their own stories.
The process of writing and illustrating helps them become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and emotions and gives them a space to express them more freely and openly. The intent is to help them become emotionally resilient and mentally strong from a young age.
Kids are also able to hone their communication skills and learn critical and design thinking, which helps them to become more creative ‘thinkers’ along with writers.
Through mentoring children, our founder has also been passing on the values behind her books such as love for nature, environmental consciousness, time appreciation, and patience. This enables them to become better ‘feelers’ along with thinkers and writers.
